Becoming a coach supervisor was a natural step for Anna-Marie after being regularly approached for advice and support by other coaches and individuals interested in developing their coaching skills. She has worked consistently with coach supervisors throughout her coaching career and has experienced the value of these conversations to continually improve her coaching skills, unpick the 'tricky' coaching situations which inevitably crop up from time to time and explore the feasibility of business development opportunities.
Each coaching supervision partnership places the needs of the coach at the centre. Options are available for meeting face-to-face, heading outside or connecting virtually. Learn how the outdoor space and movement enhances our thought process, creativity and innovation here.
“Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings their coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and their clients”
Murdoch, 2013
